Highly Recommended 3I had my first appointment at Portnoy & Tu yesterday. Each and every interaction I had with staff was extremely pleasant and I felt so welcomed. Sometimes going to the dentist can make you anxious but not here, my nerves were eased quickly. I can’t wait to come back (never thought I’d be saying that about going to the dentist). If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

I am beyond thankful for everyone at Portnoy & Tu - they are simply the best. I used to be absolutely terrified of going to the dentist so I have a bit of work to be done & they have helped so much in creating a plan of action all while rooting for me. Their communication is great and they are very transparent about cost. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely the best!! My son loves it here and won’t go anywhere else. We drive a half hour because they are so good. The work they do is nothing less than perfection. They take a lot of pride in doing things right and caring for patients. Just like an extended family. That’s hard to find now a days. I highly recommend them. Heather Keddle

Dr.Tu is by far the best dentist I have ever visited. Her standard of care is exceptional. Molly is absolutely amazing and she goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort at every visit. Even her front desk is great, they have it together when it comes to insurance and phone rapport. I trust Dr.Tu and I refuse to see anyone else. I highly recommend making an appointment at her office if you haven’t already. Thank you Dr.Tu!! -V.Dexter

The receptionist was friendly at the beginning, but after I missed the appointment (my fault) her attitude dramatically changed. As a receptionist, her job should be HELPING patients see the doctor instead of "PUNISHING" patients indifferently by only offering a day two month later WITHOUT offering putting my name on the CANCELLATION list. She was very cold and indifferent on the phone and she indicated I messed up the appointment and an appointment two months later is the consequence. This is not acceptable and not professional at all. I would not recommend this office because of the rude staff! This is an update. The office manager called me back about my review on Google. I was happy to call her back and tell her what happened. But to my surprise, she did not mean to solve the problem, but told me I did not understand their policy and that their doctors are busy. Of course I know it is not abnormal to get the next available app 1-2 months later, but my point was the receptionist’s attitude. I told her that I, as a patient, who was waiting for 2 months to see the doctor but missed the appointment, was desperate and helpless when the cold receptionist did not even offer the cancellation list. As a patient who have seen doctors for many years, I do not need the manager’s education about their office policy and how busy doctors are, but the genuine willingness to know about what happened on the patients side and willingness to help, and the possible solution. I am very disappointed by the receptionist and the way the manager protected her staff. A big No No to this office. This is my true story.
