Cleaning 2I was very disappointed in this practice. My interaction with the doctor was less than 2 minutes. After the assistant cleaned my teeth, doc came in and did a final inspection, told the assistant what he wanted to do and walked out of the room. He did not explain to me what he was recommending nor gave me the opportunity to discuss the treatment options. I felt like just another number for him to bill my insurance. I will not be back.

Most staff is good, but Krena who sees all peds patients, is a horrible person. I could tell she was having a bad day an took it out on my daughter giving her a shot without numbing it first .She said keeping the numbing jelly on her wouldn’t help and was insanely rude about it even telling my daughter if she didn’t stop crying that I would have to leave the room.

I’m very satisfied with this dental practice. The staff are friendly, the dental cleanings I’ve had are quick and efficient, and I’ve never had to wait long to be seen for a scheduled appointment. I like their appointment text reminder service, too.

Been Taking my children here for 6 years and Always On time for EVERY 6month Cleaning... However they moved to a new location and I got lost trying to find it..Me and my 4 children arrived at 7:20 For a 7:00 appointment but I called and told them I got lost and will be there shortly. The receptionist said they still could see 2 of my children but when We got there it went down to 1, and told me they could not be rescheduled Until September!....3months away!!!....She also talked to me in a very snotty way when I told her she said 2 children... patronizing me..I see reviews on here saying they got seen the same day and so fourth and Me and my children was treated like NOBODIES.....I’m switching my family IMMEDIATELY

Showed up this morning desperately needing a ’Maryland Bridge’ re-cemented before I leave town in a few days for weeks of travel to my corp. offices and major trade shows. I cannot express how concerned I was to travel and see so many customers and old friends with a tooth missing. Although they were fully booked, the receptionist spoke with the Dentist, and in a few minutes the procedure was completed and I was on my way. Thank you very much!!! I’m sure they cannot do this in every case, but they have me as permanent customer now!
