did not wait more than a couple of minutes...great cleaning and x-rayed ... needed a temporary filling and Dr Simpson came in the room with a needle...I immediately started crying (yes at 59 I still cry when I see a needle intended for me)...he comforted me and told me to wait until it hurt before I cried...he put numbing solution on my gums for a few minutes then numbed me...I was just plain old HAPPY that I did not feel the injection. There is nothing appreciated more than trusting you are going to be taken care of.
