Staff is somewhat friendly but the dentist doesn’t even say “hi” or speak.. he just comes in the room & does his work & leaves.. thought that was pretty rude. Also, we went there to have a root canal done (never had 1 before & didn’t know what to expect ) & at the initial visit no one explained the process would take several visits & mind u we live an hour away which I didn’t appreciate.

Dr Bernardo is a 10 but rating only goes to 5 star. Staff is so caring, and great teamwork and Dr Bernardo is one of the greatest Dentist I have saw in many years. He’s not only great at anything he does but he’s very intelligent. Once you go to Dr Bernardo you will not go anywhere else.

I have only been in WV a year and was referred to Dr. Bernardo by family. I have never had such great service from a dentists office. They far exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend him for anyone needing major dental work or a simple cleaning.
