"DDS" Daniel Fiora ordered 2 sets of customized items from my ebay store, $18, then sent an email saying how he didn’t receive them. We replied asking if we had the correct address and that we would send him another package, then never heard back from him. He opened a payment dispute saying he didn’t receive the items. I just received a handwritten LETTER with saying he wasn’t going to pay for them with the PACKING SLIP from our package in the envelope with the letter! How unethical!! For a small business owner to do that to another small business owner. Not only that I put a card with MY DIRECT PHONE NUMBER in every package. If he had an issue he could have called me. What an awful person.
