I was traveling through and had a dental emergency. I showed up at 0730 when they opened and told the front desk of my issue, they were very polite and accommodating. Worked me right in even though they’re a busy office. After filling out a patient information paperwork, I was in a room with the dental assistant and by 0800 the dentist was assisting my issue. Done and out the door by 0900. If I lived in this area there is no doubt this is the office I’d get my dental care from. Thanks for helping me enjoy the rest of my vacation.

Highly qualified staff and top notch service! Everyone is so very friendly, warm, and welcoming, from the Front Office to the Hygienists and Doctors. Doesn’t even feel like ur at the dentist. Quick and easy in and out. I was in Hollie’s chair this time and she was able to excellently clean up my cigarette smoking, and caffeine drinking stains, tarter and plaque without any discomfort at all. Hands down the best dentist office in Charleston in my opinion. Highly recommended!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 10 years because I didn’t have insurance, but Dr. Ballard and his staff didn’t judge me or treat me poorly despite that. They’re always friendly and professional, and the office is clean and has a general feeling of comfort that eases nervousness associated with visiting the dentist. I recommend Charleston Dental Associates to everyone I know who is looking for a dentist.

Great experience I’ve been going here since 2020. I have anxiety going to the dentist in general from bad experiences at different places. I went 5 years without a cleaning before coming to Charleston dental associates just because I hated going to the dentist. They make it a positive experience, I don’t dread getting my teeth cleaned. Staff is so friendly, the ladies at the the front desk are so nice. All of the dentists are very nice. Autumn did my teeth cleaning today she was so gentle and did a very good job. She made me feel comfortable.
