Im not the person who deals with Insurance or their coverage. The patient also writing the neg review is not a patient at this practice. But what I can say is I have worked here 25 years and this is a great working environment with caring Doctors and staff , who have gone out of our way to help as many patients as we can. Im sorry if one person has had a bad experience but Im sure if they called back the front desk could hep them with their issue.

Rude refused insures that they cove told me i can go to my insure and get it in writting then come back
