Would give them zero if possible. They decided to send my other half out the door with an abcessed tooth, told him no providers in the entire state would treat him because Karen in the office could not be bothered to verify his insurance through medicaid. We did exactly that and had confirmation all services would be covered directly from medicaid in less than 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time on these people, they’ll let you suffer because their lazy employees can’t be bothered.
