Not only did they change my appointment 3 times they are a scam! They sprung a periodontal cleaning on me last minute when I came in for my regular cleaning. They didn’t have time to do the cleaning while I was there, so I had to come back at 3:00 and waited over an hour. Looking back now I probably just needed a regular cleaning anyway. They charged me $715 for a “deep cleaning” that lasted an hour if that with a high tech waterpik! My gums aren’t even sore and FYI they can’t do your entire mouth at once so that was a lie too! I have found out through other dentists they can only do 1/2 of your mouth at a time because they numb you with local anesthetic and takes 2 to 4 hours to just do 1/2 your mouth. Which by the way they didn’t even numb my mouth. I was totally lied to and they charged me $715 which I was willing to accept b/c I asked around and it should have only been in the $300 range. For what…because they get a bonus! When I found out that they didn’t even provide me the service I was supposed to have is when I really felt scammed. I will be getting in touch with the dental association and my lawyer! I’m just warning people to stay far away.

The care is adequate, if you can ever get them to keep an appointment. Multiple appts canceled at the last minute, they have no care or concern for their patients time whatsoever, and getting them to return a call, email, or even text to reschedule is literally impossible. Their idea of asking to reschedule is contacting you end of day the day before they want you to come in, clearly again , no care or concern for their patients time or consideration that some of us do have jobs. I have found a new provider, and have been to this office now three different times to fill out the forms to have my records sent to our new provider, the last being a few minutes ago, and waited almost thirty minutes with no one showing up at the office to open up. Their hours listed show open at 830a (I was there at 830 each time waiting until just before 9) clearly these hours should be listed as "when we feel like it", and I waited this morning with three other patients that all had 830a appts. So again, no care or consideration for their patients time whatsoever. The one star is only because I have to give at least one, otherwise, there would be none.

As always, they had me right in and right out! Always friendly and professional. They actually listen to you, unlike some dr’s & dentists. Im so glad they’re close to my house, they will always be my dentist as long as they’re here! Thanks JRL!

I received THE most thorough oral exam I’ve ever had by Amber Mills. She found that I had bone loss from using Copenhagen for 35 + years and has me scheduled to have a biopsy just in case the white spots in my mouth are cancerous. I look forward to continuing this Dr-Patient relationship in the future. Amber and the entire staff have my trust and my gratitude.

Excellent! Very neat and clean office space. The dental hygienist was exceptional, he was very patient while cleaning my teeth, he explained everything he was doing to me. My teeth looks great. The Dentist Dr. Ward and the hygienist both get a five star review from me.
