Dr Nibert is great. I have been going there for almost 15 years. We moved about 40 minutes away over 3 years ago. We did not want to change dentists, because we like him so much. His dental assistants are also the best. If I were just rating them.. it would be a five. However, I am not a fan of the front office. I had an appointment today. I truly do understand appointment times need to be adhered to. I have sat there many times and waited 20-30 minutes to be called back. I have never complained, because things happen. I have never been late or missed an appointment before. Once before, weeks in advance, we had to reschedule.. and it took almost 6 months to get a new appointment. Today, I was 10 minutes late and my husband was 25 minutes late. It was entirely my fault. I wrote the appointment time down wrong. I thought both our appointments were at 10:30. Turns out his was at 10:00 and mine was 10:15. The office called as we were coming in. We told them we would be there in about 15 minutes. They called a second time, a few minutes later, and said my husband would need to reschedule but I could still be seen if we got there in 9 minutes. 5 minutes later I walked in and was told I would also need to reschedule. I know it will takes months for us both to get a new appointment. It makes me sad that we will be finding a new dentist. I don’t know if anyone reads these. I hope Dr Nibert knows we didn’t leave because of him.
