As if the experience of getting dental work isn’t already bad enough from the start, For your staff to make common practice of calling people back at random at 7am, 3 days after they’ve left their information, when you aren’t even listed as open is just tasteless and completely void of common decency / courtesy. 7am for a random callback. Not an appointment, just randomly calling waking the whole house up at 7am because “you just made it back into the office” is beyond bad bedside manner.
