Doctor Caldwell is personable and straightforward, and spent a great deal of time discussing my dental habits and how they’re impacting my teeth. The hygienist is also friendly and kind, and the berry-flavored tooth polish put me in a good mood. Overall an excellent business with nice people.

Awesome dentist, very nice staff, very professional, takes the time to do what he can especially when it comes to insurance issues and required prior authorizations, I can honestly say he is the best dentist I have ever went to.

Some of the ladies at Dr. Caldwell’s office are completely absurd namely the office manager. They refused to release my daughters records to a surgeon that has to remove one of her teeth. She is in a lot of pain as her baby tooth is blocking her adult tooth from coming in. They would not even run it past the doctor they simply said no they would not send an email they would not release the records. I contacted the new physician and asked one of the secretaries to please try to obtain my daughters records. Shortly there after she called me back stating that she could not believe how ignorant the women in that office were and that they refused to release her records! This is put in my child at risk with additional radiation and the infection that she has. My 11-year-old daughter has already had to have her gum lanced and has been on anabiotic’s finding this new doctor was not easy as we’ve changed locations. But The ignorance, the snickering, among other load some characteristics cannot be tolerated. I I am in the process of filing a report with the dental board.
