I really liked the hygienist here, but scheduling is a nightmare. I’ve waited months for an appointment. Today, a week before my scheduled appointment, they call and tell me their doctor is going to take the day off that day and ask me to come today at 3 instead. I explained I cannot arrange childcare on such short notice (this phone call took place at 1 pm, 2 hrs before they expected me to come in) to which they replied I’d have to wait until NOVEMBER if I couldn’t come at 3 today. Insanity. If you are going to move appointments people have been waiting ages for for a doctor to take a day off, there should be options to reschedule near the original appointment date. I’ll be switching to a new dentist.

The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. From the front desk to the hygienist I would highly suggest going some where else. The desk lady messed up appointments and billing multiple times. After one year of waiting to get a tooth crowned, I was told I have to do this first, and then this, and then after a full year told they can’t help me that I need a root canal first. They used up all of my insurance for the year. After going to a different dentist the following month they had it fixed in a week and said no root canal needed. Then informed me that the hygienist didn’t do a very good job and would need to look at having a deep cleaning again. Again I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here. It’s been 4 months and still waiting for my refund!

Would not recommend nor return. I paid over $1,200 for a crown for less than a year later have to get the crown redone because they didn’t seal it right. I had notice the seal was off when I first got it and they did nothing to fix it. Also when I got this crown I had asked them to also fix any other cavities I had. They said I didn’t have any. To turn around and get a hole in my tooth less than a month after my crown. When I returned about the hole they said “oh yeah we were watching that I thought that would happen”. If I could sue I would. They are taking advantage of people just like their name.

I went to get dentures, mistake 1. I don’t know how many times I had to remind them of my very sensitive gag reflex. The assistant was good with me and the dude was getting impatient. I ended up with a denture that had a huge blob of plastic on the back side where my gag reflex is. So I could not wear them. I went a number of times getting it refitted. I ended up grinding the blob off so I could wear them. I ran out of insurance visits for refitting. So consequently I’m still walking around with no teeth in my mouth. If you met me, that’s why I have no teeth. I its been 3-4 years now. I have to wait another 6-7 years before I can have another pair. So if you are really sensitive to gag reflex , this is not the place to go. Don’t get me wrong, I can wear them for an hour, but they just fall off no matter how much glue you put on them. They just don’t fit. I have never recommended this place to anyone.

I absolutely love this place. Dr remembers me everytime she sees me and talks to me like I’m a friend. She never makes me feel badly for anything, just gives me information so I can take better care of my dental health/hygiene. Love the front desk staff and all of the dental assistants, they’re all so friendly and just make you feel like they genuinely care about you and your health. They do everything they can to address all of your dental concerns at each appointment also. This is the first dentist that I have gone to where I don’t get nervous or embarrassed before my appointments. Seriously such a wonderful place. So happy I found this office. Highly HIGHLY recommend.
