This was the best visit ever! The hygienist was SO helpful when doing my X-rays! The cleaning in my mouth was easy peasy lemon squeezy! Thanks Willamette Dental office!!!! See you next year🥰.

Probably will get a dentist right out of school. Plan on a long wait for a appointment. People are nice. Had a good, if there is, root canal 2 years ago. Also had the worst dentist ever then too. 😫

Willamette Dental sucks. Plan on waiting months to actually get an appointment. Due to their inept scheduling and inability to actually refer out to their in house specialists, I had two teeth go south and am currently in the process of getting inplants. Even though they offer those services they sent me to a third party that they only cover a small portion leaving me to pay almost $10,000 out of pocket because this “dental group” sucks at retaining their wonderful doctors and is so understaffed that people can’t get appointments. I remember prior to the pandemic when the company stood behind a no more then 2 weeks to be seen policy. Took me almost 3 months to get an appointment for a filling this last time. 😢

I went to the dentist for years, they went through a number of doctors. One in particular I saw a couple times and he drilled on the wrong tooth! I had to stop him and after an argument he finally agreed that he had the charts upside down.... no numbing gel before the shots. 2 years later a different Doctor here told me it all needed to be redone and I should ask for a refund. Management decided I should just pay twice and keep my mouth shut. Recommend anyone else. Not this place

I see a lot of negative reviews here but my experience was different. I thought the front desk staff was polite, nobody even questioned me about my service dog even though I had forgotten his service dog vest and was using a regular black harness. The hygienist was great. Friendly and helpful. The dentist seemed nice enough given the little time I met him. But I was there for an intake appointment and didn’t anticipate spending much more time than a token amount anyway. The only negative experience I had was entering through the side exit. It was absolutely littered with cigarette butts (see photos). They all seemed like the same brand so I am assuming that there is at least one chain smoking litter bug in the building.
