I am someone with severe dental anxiety! I finally made myself see Dr. Tamas and her assistant Amber. I can’t believe I waited so long. They are so personable, caring and gentle. The patient is definitely the priority! This was the most amazing dental experience of my life. I can’t believe I can say that about a dental appointment. I truly can not wait to go back!

Every dental office I went to as a child had staff that were rude and demeaning so I avoided the dentist as an adult. But, once I got my own dental insurance I chose Waverly Dental based on good reviews. I have now had multiple appointments with this office and they’ve been amazing every time. Every staff member is kind and the hygienists and the dentist are so great. They will talk you through everything. If you’ve had a rough time at the dentist in the past this is a great office to choose instead!

This is a very patient centered sole practitioner practice. All personnel are very caring and friendly. Dr. Tamas is very thorough, careful, knowledgeable, and gentle. The practice is very well equipped and offers many services. The dental hygienist is does very detailed, through cleanings. After having a very bad experience with a large practice here in Albany, I was greatly pleased when I switched to this practice.

They were all so great, friendly, professional, and really caring! The Hygienist and the dentist was so good to me I was hurting bad, and they made sure to be careful but yet able to do a complete their assessment of my problem! And so funny them two, really made me comfortable. The ladies in the front were also so friendly and gave me such good information about pricing and my next visits and set me up for my dental work with another dentist to do some inadept work! All in just a matter of minutes! This place is Great. Ohhhhhh and the price! BOOM, were have you been all of my dental issues! I’m hooked. Frank

Dr. Tamas and her staff are INCREDIBLE!! I put off going to the dentist for about 6 years because of bad past experiences. However, I can finally say I won’t ever dread or fear going to the dentist again after my visit here. Her hygienist Sarah is amazing!! She was so thorough and careful about cleaning my teeth. I could not believe how nice they looked after she was finished! There is no way I could thank Dr. Tamas and her staff enough for giving me the confidence to smile again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who has put off going to the dentist like I did to schedule an appointment. You will not be disappointed!!
