Pinnacle Dental Associates: Dr. Gregory Renyer

Today I finished(other than maintenance) my 2 year plus dental implant experience with Dr. Greg Renyer and his entire staff. From my first interaction with Vanessa & Jamie out front; Daniel & Renee assisting and Dr Renyer piloting this entire ordeal, I have NEVER been treated with more professionalism, compassion, honesty, integrity, adaptability and fairness...and I’m 73 years old with multiple medical and dental experiences in my past. There is not a better professional & personable human being than Greg Renyer! This was an absolute stunning experience.

I called this office to see about getting a crown and the treatment coordinator, Vanessa, was extremely rude. She hung up me while I was trying to understand what they do with new and existing patients. I called her back and she said she did hang up on me. She was extremely condescending during the second call. I have not been to this office in a few years and wanted to know how soon they get existing patients in when they are having tooth pain since she made it clear that they do not have time for new patients. I will not return to this dental practice.

The staff at Pinnacle Dental Associates are wonderful! My family and I have been going there for years! They are professional and their office is always clean and comfortable. We recommend this place to our family and friends.

No one looks forward to having a root canal, but under the care of Dr. Kutsch my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Would recommend Dr. Renyer as well as he performed a similar procedure for me a few years ago. Can’t say enough positive things about this practice, from the front desk staff to the assistants, hygienists and dentists.

I’ve been a patient for almost 15 years, as well as my children, and referred several others to Pinnacle Dental Associates (previously named Kutsch & Renyer; see close to 80 reviews under their former name!) Staff is uniquely attentive and caring to patients beginning at the efficient, swift to smile front desk, to the skilled and personable hygienists. For my dental work, Dr. Renyer is exceptional and always shown genuine consideration for my comfort and takes the time to communicate work needed, why it’s needed, and how it will be performed. Not once have I left unhappy with customer service, or in pain due to careless dentistry. What I also appreciate is this office appears to use current dental tech and maintains a very clean environment. And like many people, I’m not too keen on dental work due to sensitive teeth, but I trust I will receive the utmost care and consideration during my appointment. In short, this business and staff has never shown any less than excellent!
