Terrible experience. This provider is hit or miss on using your insurance and they will lie about it . They billed us for services rendered two years after the service was completed and after we’d already paid our copay only to find out they never submitted a claim to our insurance provider. This happened twice. . Instead of being honest about it the office manager lied and sent us a bill 2 years later as it was on its way to collections. We never received any communications prior because they were sending it to an old address and never bothered to call us or notify us via email of a bill. It was by accident we found out. We were able to rectify it with collections thank fully. However i definitely recommend having them pre authorize any services they do as not to be caught off guard with an out of pocket expense that should have been covered under insurance. The office manager is very rude and condescending and has an issue admitting fault. Now they say Itheh have no record of me but I certainly have a bill directly from them Beware consumers. They lie and if anyone wants to see the bill I’m happy to share it. Do better

The team at Evergreen Dental is first class! They do a phenomenal job taking care of our teeth. Dr. Travelstead is highly competent and provides expert care with his equally competent and delightful staff.

Chefs kiss of a bed side manner from everyone I’ve encountered here. I’m so happy I started going here. They are real professionals and have helped me feel comfortable, safe, and protected. I’m sure I’m not alone when I say I hate having to get dental work done and I have major trust issues within this field, but the peeps at Evergreen have made this science into an art 🤍

Certainly the kindest, most helpful staff I have encountered in the healthcare world. The environment is much different from tradition dentists, did not feel shamed for having cavities or anything. All procedures went flawlessly and I had no pain after my root canal/crown/fillings. Already scheduled my next visit.

We drove over 3 hours to see the Dr. On a Dr recommendation. It was worth every minute. Great Dr, fantastic staff and SUPER clean office. This was by far the best dentist we have seen in YEARS! If you are local consider yourself lucky and don’t hesitate, go see Dr Travelstead! He truly is the king of his craft and its no wonder other respected doctors recommend his office. Thx Doc for the personal service and going above and beyond for us!
