I DO NOT RECOMMEND This Place At All. I had a root canal done in 2019 wich resulted in a piece of nerve left inside and was crowned that way but was not informed about it until 2023, the dentist then refused to correct the problem and tried to shove me off to another dentist. What A Shame, this should never have happened. As a result, I developed a chronic/severe skin condition. So now after years of many doctor visits and blood tests, it’s been confirmed that this failed root canal treatment is the cause of my condition. This is DEFINITELY NOT the place to go for professional dental treatment if you want quality work done, just look at the dirty office and torn furniture, that should say plenty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. UPDATE: I finally had the failed root canal that was performed at this dental office corrected and it turned out to be a ROOT that was left in and became infected and not a nerve which was told to me. It took the dental doctor at least 45 minutes just to clean it out and now this awful skin condition is beginning to heal. I thank God for the Decent and Professional dental practice that I’ve found who actually truly cares for their patient’s well being and not just the profit, and who does not treat them like a drive thru customer who sometimes get sloppy service. End Result: I Will Never Go To Fresno Family Dental Again.

There are extremely helpful and kind people here. After getting burned by dentist after dentist the great people who work here took me in and actually helped me with my problem. They are very straight forward, clear, and helpful. I came in with a wisdom tooth issue that prevented me from eating and they scheduled me immediately for an examination of the tooth and potential surgery. They even prescribed me antibiotics. They care about their clients.

My only complaint was waiting, but I’m glad I did. The dentist, Jennie was super kind and accommodating. I didn’t find the staff rude at all. Having to wait at any doctors office should be expected I guess. The staff was great.

Warning, do not go here. The asian dentist guy pulls teeth out on Fridays, injected me really harsh and told me to hold on. It has been 24hrs still has a swelling effect. Don’t trust this place. Rude staff! Don’t even wait pass 30 mins to your appointment. Leave find a better place. I will not ever send family or friends to this dentist. Do not even set an appointment with this place find a better place.
