Never made it into the door! Horrible customer service. I arrived early in order to fill out any documentation that may be required. The door was locked, candles were burning, and no one answered the phone. I found myself waiting outside with three other patients. One was a young child. We all waiting for 10-15 minuted just to get into the front door. Now if no one was inside, why were candles lit in a dental office? A real fire hazard! If someone was inside why not answer the phone or answer the knocks at the door. Poor customer service, and poor business practices.

We are a Navy family and have been seen at Dr. Her-Ellison’s practice for the last two years while stationed in Lemoore. I have four kids and they always take everyone on the same day. It is so easy for me as a mom to get everyone seen at the same time and the staff is always so friendly with myself and the kids. I love the way the office is laid out, very open and welcoming. I’ve been to a few dentists while in the military and this practice is one of the best!

I have been coming here for several years. By far the best dental care I’ve had. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm which helps to prepare you before getting seen. The staff is awesome. They are always friendly and always on time so you aren’t waiting to get seenfor long periods of time. The office is always and well taken care of. The best part is being able to leave with a nice hot cup of coffee to get your day started.
