Lovely office, and friendly staff. My hygienist Kylee was AWESOME! And thank you Heather for getting me all set up for my next visit. Dr. Albano is very knowledgeable and caring for his patients. I will recommend this office to everyone I know. Thank again!

Albano referred me to an endodontist because they diagnosed my situation wrong. Then that endodontist told me after paying $150 out of my own pocket for another xray scan that it was just my wisdom tooth that was giving me problems and that my regular dentist should be able to remove it and should have caught it if they took my X-rays further back. So then I go back to albano who refused to remove it "due to it being close to my nasal passage" and then they referred me to an oral surgeon. Then the oral surgeon they referred me to didn’t take my insurance so I had to find my own referral. After such a stressful and expensive process out of my own pocket, I finally find an oral surgeon they they insisted I needed and I made my appointment. I get there for my pre check and the regular dentist (like the one at Albano who refused to do the work) told me that this was an easy removal and that Albano could have done it. He was frustrated for me and all the run around that Albano made me do. Apparently Albano doesn’t want the liability of removing a simple tooth or my insurance company doesn’t pay them enough but I’m very upset that they treated me this way and not as a real person who is having pain. They should have been able to help me but apparently money is more important to them. So I’m never going back to Albano and I found a dentist who will actually do the work of a real dentist. I’ve been going to Albano for years and even the office ladies have gotten rude. The customer service has gone down hill and the dentist is not confident in his work, so no thank you. This is the best practice I’ve ever been to for dental work. Linda cleaned my teeth and make me feel at home. She was so kind and explained everything to me. She even let me watch with a had held mirror so I would feel more comfortable. Jason was also so kind and explained everything and answered every question. I highly recommend getting your dental work done here at this office.
