Worst place to take your kids and family. They make you wait for hours and the front desk are the most rude and uneducated. Don’t waste your time and money here. Trust me you do not want the headache.

Despite the fact that my insurance covers fillings, the Dentists at Western Dental love to figure ways out for you to pay out of pocket. When you go here, be prepared for the well-dressed financial guy to sit next to you when you’re in pain wanting you to pay something that your insurance covers out of pocket. But don’t worry, they’ll make it sound like they’re on your side because they offer in-house payment plans 😆. Steer clear of this place. If they want you to pay for something out of pocket get a second dental opinion elsewhere first. I’m never coming back here again. They did the same thing to my wife for a prescription she didn’t need and now she’s in collections because she stopped paying for the $1,000+ for gum treatment medication. You’ve been warned. **To the representative at Western Dental that’s going to reply to this; I was asked to pay over $900 for fillings. You see my name so you can verify it. I went to a different dental office and guess what? No out-of-pocket expense and it’s being fully covered by my insurance**

Ortho staff is good, front desk is not. Very long wait, even with appointments. They say they are too busy to do their jobs properly, didn’t bother to verify insurances even though appointment was set 2 weeks in advance. They just shrugged their shoulders and said "well, we are busy every day."

Both my teeneagers got started on braces recently so we have had a good amount of visits, all staff is very friendly, from the receptionists to the doctors, wait time is not bad most of the time. Dr. Kang is a good dentist! He constantly checks on the patient and asks if they feel pain, and if so he will adjust the treatment to accommodate the patient. He will finish up with one patient and hustle over and start on the next!

Very unprofessional staff. They take over an hour and a half to see you even if you show up early. They give you silver fillings when I asked for white and do not care to check your teeth thoroughly. I told them I have pain on both sides of my mouth and they told me the side I was bothered by more is fine just by clacking metal on my teeth. They didn’t bother to look at it. They filled my left molar on the upper side and the silver fillings came almost all undone because the dentist rushed thru it. I waited almost 2 hrs my first appointment for the dentist to take a look at my teeth and he took maybe 3 mins. I feel rushed and like they don’t want to listen because they schedule too many people at once. My second appointment they told me that my hurt tooth on the right side is fine and don’t worry. Annoying and unprofessional business all around and I will not be coming back for a third appointment.
