I took my 7 yr old grandson for a baby root canal and crown and the assistant Yesenia was AMAZING explaining everything that was going to happen n keeping him calm. Dr E was very kind and patient with all of his questions and worked very quickly which was nice for this grandma!!!

I normally don’t leave reviews however Adrianna went above and beyond my expectations. My 5 year old is extremely nervous and anxious when visiting the dentist and Adrianna was so patient and kind to her. She made sure my daughter was comfortable as can be while also listening to her while she expressed her fears and concerns. Thank you so much for the great care given today. Dr. E was also polite and answered my questions without making me seem like a bother on a busy day.

Not typically a review writer, but after seeing some rough 1/5 star ones from people having less than ideal experiences, I felt compelled to share mine. I took my two toddlers to this office for their first dental check up. Staff as a whole were very friendly and professional, facility was clean, and our hygienist knocked it out of the park. She knew exactly how to interact with nervous kids having a potentially scary experience. Was impressed with the overall experience. Will be coming back to our repeat check up in 6 months with a couple of kids that actually enjoyed their first dental experience, and I appreciate being able to say that.

I came in for an Ortho appointment, the staff at start was very friendly. Then Kandi, a front desk receptionist, began to discuss my appointment with me. She made very insensitive comments about my “Gap” and teeth structure. She even went as far as making hand gestures of my teeth positioning. I’ve never felt so embarrassed before in my life. To work in an industry filled with patients wanting to correct these insecurities and how fragile this could be for them, was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention this employee has zero medical experience she’s a receptionist. She had no right to discuss this with me so insensitively and in such a public setting. I highly doubt i’ll continue with this business. The worst experience. I’d give this business zero stars if it would allow. when asked to get her managers number she stated I could call the number i normally call. Absolutely horrible.

We are currently seeking an alternative dental provider for our daughter and we will not return to this office. Despite a pre-scheduled appointment for my daughter’s routine teeth cleaning, we encountered a challenging situation. Our daughter, who is autistic, wore a face mask as a precaution due to her being sick two weeks prior to the appointment. Our daughter mention to the receptionist that she was sick however she was not at the time of the appointment. What my daughter meant to say was that she had been sick weeks prior and that is why we had to reschedule her previous appointments. Unfortunately, the receptionist displayed condescension and rudeness, insisting that our daughter couldn’t be seen due to her “supposed illness” because she would get everyone sick. Despite clearly explaining the timeline of my daughter being sick two weeks prior and the preventive measure of the mask, the receptionist insisted on rescheduling us. Despite my persistence, we were eventually see. It’s worth noting that the receptionist, who herself was unmasked, was sick herself and kept coughing.
