Teana is the nicest receptionist EVER!! She is so polite and caring. She is so helpful when it comes to understanding your paperwork and the process of the whole thing. She makes going to the dentist easy and welcoming

We have looked for a reputable candidate quality dentist office since we moved back to Bakersfield from Washington state. It was problematic at first until we discovered Dentists of Bakersfield. We would have rated it a 5 star were it not for our experience with the timeliness of the outside lab being used. Doctors and associates there have been very helpful and professional throughout our experience there. Today was a great example of the kind of staff we have experienced to date. My wife was waiting patiently for her permanent crown to be delivered when she experienced her temporary falling out. First thing we did on Monday was reach out to the office for assistance. Mariah and Dr Dan were very accommodating and helpful. Mariah was exceptional with her follow through to locate the missing crown. And she and Dr Dan worked us in and delivered. We couldn’t have bern more pleased with the service!!

The team at Dentist of Bakersfield is amazing!!! Malynn, Haley & Dr Phi were so patient with my son and great about explaining everything they were doing. Thanks for making the experience a positive one since my son was nervous!

If it were not for Candy I doubt we would keep going to Dentist of Bakersfield. She is the best! I have been frustrated more than once about long wait times and scheduling but she maintains a professional demeanor and always finds a solution. The orthodontist here is really great as well. If I could give one suggestion, get rid of the call center.

I work out of state and only get back every couple months for a week. Have set up appointments with this outfit 1 to 2 months in advanced and they are well aware of my situation. They have canceled 2 of my appointments and claimed that I wasn’t in their system on another, all in the last 9 mo of this year. Lame excuses and last minute calls, I was literally 5 mins away this morning when they called to cancel. Good luck getting any work done without major delays or cancelations. If your time is valuable to you...find another place.
