Most American doctors are very kind, very helpful, very patient, and very respectful of people. This Vietnamese doctor very arrogant and rude woman, not worthy of being a dentis, does not respect patients. She thought she was the only one in the world, wanted everyone to listen to her, she didn’t care about the patients. if people read my comment don’t go to this place. trust me. Sick dentist.

This place will save you several thousand if you’re looking for wisdom teeth extraction, but at the cost of you and the health of your teeth. 1st red flag: A Vietnamese lady (long hair) working at the front desk did a simple X-ray on me, failing 3+ times and caused pain in my gums. She asked a younger assistant for help, who made the process quick and painless. 2nd red flag: The doctor who calls herself a “specialist” said she’d be able to extract my UPPER wisdom teeth after doing 1 simple X-ray on my BOTTOM left wisdom tooth. What kind of specialist commits to doing an extraction in an area that they haven’t yet X-rayed? 3rd red flag: After doing an X-ray on my bottom left wisdom tooth, it was clear that my tooth was growing diagonally and pushed against the neighboring tooth. The doctor refused to do an extraction on my lower wisdom teeth until they grew out halfway. A formidable specialist would recognize that the bottom wisdom teeth cannot grow out due to it being blocked by the neighboring tooth. The only person in this office that’s capable of doing their job was the younger Latina assistant. If you’re reading this, please do yourself a favor and find another dental office to work at. This place isn’t worthy enough to have your skill set. Before coming here, I went to Silicon Valley Dental Center and got a consultation from Dr. Jamah (oral surgeon specialist). He did a proper panoramic X-ray and explained how my procedure will go. This place was heaven compared to Century Dental Center. Please go there instead and they accept MediCal!

The worst service I had. The doctor she said that she have 30 years of experience and it doesn’t looks like .she treat me really bad very bad work and very bad attitude. I will give this doctor les than cero no recommended.

if i could rate this place a zero i definitely would. this dentist is so unprofessional and does not know how to do her job. first she claimed my dad needed a root cannel and half way through the process she says that she is not able to complete the job because she did not feel capable of doing it. Really? half way through the job you come to the realization that you cannot complete the job after you did xrays and saw the conditions? my dads cheek has been swollen ever since and is in pain when he eats. second she said my mom needed a crown and that the insurance would pay for it but days later ended up saying that insurance did not cover and my mom had to pay out of pocket. so obliviously not everyone has the money immediately so my mom held off on it for a while until she saved up enough money for her to pay out of pocket. Today 3/1/22 my mom had an appointment to finally get the permanent crown put in, my moms appointment was at 4:00pm and we arrive a couple minutes early. first thing this lady does is take a phone call, not business related she was not speaking with a client and takes her sweet time while my mom is waiting in the room. even the dentist’s assistant was waiting for her to finish her casual phone call to start with my mom. i go up to the dentist and let her know that my moms appointment was at 4 and has been waiting for a while now and shes just having a casual phone call instead of attending her clients? she was very rude and unprofessional and said “your mom has cancelled on me before so i dont have to attend her right away i can take my phone call” i continue to go back and forth with her because she was being extremely rude and obliviously no one would allow that. i could not believe how unprofessional this lady was and would definitely never recommend anyone to come to this dental office, dont waste your time avoid the horrible service and unprofessionalism of this lady!!!

The worst dentist experience in my life the work performed was unprofessional the dentist lacked experience my teeth are now messed up because of my choice dentist please be careful when choosing a dentist. I lost a tooth because of my visit to this butcher. My filling have started falling on there own. I had to get an extraction because of her faulty work. God help me with these dental problems she has given me.
