Cleaning 2I arrived 30 minutes early to my teeth cleaning appointment here. After waiting 30 minutes I was brought into the back where they had me wait for an additional 60 minutes. After waiting 90 minutes for the service my teeth were then lazily cleaned over a period of 3 to 5 minutes. A very insufficient cleaning. I was then told I needed a root canal. I then got a second opinion from a specialist a few weeks later who said I did not need a root canal.

Really bad dentist, my nieces and nephews keep getting bad cuts during cleaning. One of the assistants "Eva" has the worst customer service. Please do not go here or take your kids. We will be filling a complaint with the state. And encourage everyone who has experienced similar incidents do the same. Just because you are in a neighborhood that most of the time people let things go does not mean you get to treat your clients like they don’t deserve better service.

I came to this dental place when I was a teenager, their services are exactly like Western Dental, no kidding! If that doesn’t say it all, I do not know what to tell you. My last visit, I had first called to complain about a problem, then went into the office to show them the horrible job the dentist(a blonde woman) did on my tooth, mind you the tooth hurt really bad! Well when I got there the receptionist which whom I was on the phone with arguing, humiliated me in front of all their patients that were in the lobby, disclosing my information of my treatment plan, name, and age! Stating that is was my fault why I was at the dentist, I should’ve taken care of my teeth! I was only 16 years old at the time, and I wanted to tear up. I couldn’t take it, and I left. Never come here! I repeat NEVER COME HERE!

If you have medical expect to wait 1 hour or longer. The front lady said "if you have medical we make you wait a bit longer than others"! My daughter was frustrated waiting patiently. So go if you want to wait 1 hour or more to get seen !

Very rude and unprofessional the worst place I’ve ever been to. Before they proceed on any treatment, they expect money first. They don’t want any down payments. Their prices are too high to be true. They even asked me for my drivers license.
