I want to thank everyone because staff have stepped up to ensure customer safety and the entire facility was clean and sanitize. The entire process was smooth. Customer service is always the most professional and efficient. Impressed I had my first crown and I did not know that everything is done in house. Even sweeter, I was there for a few hours so one of the staff even offered me a juice. Felt like the royal treatment for a dentist visit. Highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs and they also are an orthodontist facility. I’m returning next week for my second crown and I know that even though it will be painful, the staff takes really great care if you, explains the procedure before, during and after and they always focus on high quality.

Dr. Croy is gentle with giving you numbing shots hardly feel the shot at all. Before she ever worked on my teeth i was scared of the dentist, not anymore, she has an awesome staff! Everyone is very friendly. They don’t ever do a rushed job they take there time. I have driven all the way from LA to SJ just to get teeth worked on thats how much i perfer Dr. Croy and her crew over finding a new dentist.

I was new to town and hadn’t found a dentist yet when my front tooth broke. I was devastated. However Dr Croy DDS was able to get me in that same day and put a temporary on. A week later a beautiful crown. Great office with wonderful staff!!!

I am a new patient here at Mt. Pleasant Dental care, and I must say that this is the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in this type of environment. The staff here is super friendly, super helpful and overall I just had a wonderful experience. You can tell that they really care about their patients. I really like that they gave me a little tour of the office during my first appointment. I can safely say that I will not be nervous or afraid because I’ll be in good hands. I used to be terrified of dental offices.
