I was referred to Dr. Judy Chen and wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment I arrived, Elizabeth and Dana, the medical assistants at the front desk made a great first impression. They were so friendly, kind, and welcoming. A perfect mix of warmth and professionalism. Dr. Chen was just as impressive. She’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly pleasant. She made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything about my procedures thoroughly. I left feeling confident and well cared for.

Dr. Judy Chen is the best. I was very apprehensive before seeing her, heard horror stories from friends. Truly painless, she was super efficient and is such a nice person. Would highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone needing a root canal.

I had an altogether awesome experience getting two root canals done by Dr Chen. From the positive attitude of everyone in the office to the actual procedure there was nothing to be scared about. Almost unbelievably, I did not even need any painkillers after the procedure, simply because there was none. I’ll certainly be back should I need another one of these...

In addition to be a specialist, Dr. Judy Chen is also a good leader and manager. She has skill to make the customer feels like they are in their own home, comfortable and valuable. Her entire staff has adapted the same positive behavior toward the customers. Keep up the good work Dr Chen and staff.
