I had such a great experience! I had to get 3 wisdom teeth removed & I did so with local anesthesia. The office is very nice & clean. Literally everyone there was so nice & welcoming! I love that they had my medications sent over for me to pick up the week before. I also appreciate the instructions on paper & video. I felt very taken care of. I was so scared at first because I wasn’t going to be put to sleep, but Dr. Reid made the procedure quick & easy. I didn’t even know when the last tooth came out. Haha I also LOVE that they encourage you to tell them if you need more numbing. That was very important to me. Thank you all for such a great experience with such a nerve wrecking procedure. I highly recommend!

I recently went through a procedure in which Dr. Beech took a 3D printer model of my teeth and wanned my mouth to make a mold for my implant. After having several implants done over the years by various dentist, this was easily the least abrasive dental surgery I ever had done. had minimal swelling (if any) and almost feels like nothing was done. Great job by Dr Beech and care team.

Came here for my consult, and while I did have to utilize their Milpitas branch/location for my surgery (due to needing an appointment ASAP), the consult showed how great of a team they have is. Receptionists were all extremely nice to patients coming in/out and create a welcoming atmosphere. The consult was quick, no waiting when I got there for my appointment for the x-ray and they gave me the information necessary as well as quotes with different plans of treatment with my insurance plan. They do work alongside the other offices of course, so this was also the location that helped me book the Milpitas location as I needed to get it done by the end of the month at the latest.

Got all 4 wisdom teeth removed, obviously had no other experience to compare it to but i had no visible bruising at all. I was swollen but not as bad as expected so i only used an ice pack for ~1 hour though it really isn’t needed unless you are going somewhere. Been 1.5 weeks since, and I’m pretty much all healed up. Tip: please watch the instruction video and take ur antibiotics with a meal😭

Dr. Reid talked to me every single steps when he extracted 1 of my teeth and placed an implant on the opposite side of my lower gum. The operation was quick, and the recovery was fast other than some minor swollenness and some minor pain all of which were expected. (I only took 2 Tylenols for pain the day after the surgery and 2 more the next day - no more pain. I also iced my cheeks as instructed for 2 and a half days.) All in all, it was a very successful surgery. My surgery was in the morning; and the staff called that afternoon to check on me; they called again the next day, and several more times thereafter post op. They wanted to make sure that I was healing nicely and doing well, which I did. Wonderful staff! I would definitely return to Dr. Reid if and when I need similar dental work done. Thank you!
