This review is for the most recent visit as well as prior visits 6 months ago. Everything was perfect and as it should be. The doctors and dental hygienists are all excellent and courteous, and clearly communicate what options are available to the patient and their respective pros and cons, what they are doing and what to expect. The one area that could use some improvement is better and more forthcoming communication on the precise fees for procedures when there are changes in scope from what was originally quoted. Specifically, there was a quote for a procedure that covered 5 teeth dating back 6 months ago. And then I inquired about what really needed to be done and reduced the scope to 2 teeth. Although the doctor handling this stated in generally that it would be 40% of the original quote less the 15% discount for Wellness Plan subscribers, the receptionist curtly told me the quote was expired and wouldn’t tell me what was the new quote - the receptionist was the one negative aspect of the otherwise-positive experiences I’ve had with this facility.
