Very good! Best family dentist in Palo Alto and felt very safe with COVID-19/pandemic precautions. Highly recommend. No big TV screens or flashy artwork, just high quality care from people who actually care - what a pleasant surprise :)

I had a great experience working with Palo Alto Oral Health when I needed to bring my mother in to have extensive work done on her teeth. Dr. Sharma assisted us. His calm demeanor always makes for a relaxing visit to the dentist’s office. I witnessed this first hand when we took my mother who was suffering from quite a bit of pain and was fearful of what might be wrong with her teeth. He was very thoughtful and sensitive to my mother’s fear and stresses, quickly relaxed her and put her at ease. In fact she went from wanting to pull the teeth out to ok let’s get some work done and save the tooth. He knows his craft very well and is even better at finding creative ways to communicate technical detail to patients making them understand exactly what they are dealing with or what procedure there about to undergo. His advice continues to help my mom as she finishes up dental work in a different country and not a day goes by where she doesn’t thank Dr Sharma for his care and advice. Dr Sharma also has an excellent network of colleagues and supporting Orthodontists who are able to provide excellent care which always helps when the teeth more than cosmetic attention Thank you Dr Sharma and thank you Palo Alto Oral Health :-)

I don't normally write reviews but I was very happy with the care that I received at Palo Alto Oral Health. The team at the front was very helpful at explaining my benefits to me, the assistants worked hard to make sure I was comfortable, my hygienist was extremely gentle, and Dr. Sharma was very thorough and spent time explaining my diagnosis to me (he even showed me images from the internet to describe what was going on which was helpful). Overall, A+ experience and would highly recommend.

Dr Lin is my dentist and I always have a great experience from start to finish. Their office staff is always attentive and makes sure to follow up with me. Dr Lin is a pro and is very friendly and caring. She is a great communicator and makes sure to inform you how your dental health is doing and full of tidbits on how to take care of your own dental health. I feel like I'm in great hands and highly recommend them!
