honestly, i haven’t been to a dentist in over 10years. i was the kid who always had panic attacks at someone even coming close to touching my mouth in an office. the workers here are so kind. so calm. nonjudgmental even. the two who genuinely stood out was Dr. O’steen & Megan W. their ability to make me feel as comfortable as they did is outstanding, in my book. i will always trust universal smiles and these two when it comes to my dental work in anyway!

Janet was absolutely amazing and made my appointment absolutely worry free. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 10 years and she made me feel at ease while letting me know the challenges I had ahead. Recommended a treatment plan and worked with my busy schedule. Everyone in the office amazing! Dr. Preeti [hope i spelled that correctly) was quick and efficient and got me on my way. 20/10 would recommend!

We went to the Universal Smiles in Edgewater because of an emergency and now we are two very happy and pleased patients!!! I’m terrified of procedures and they treat you all so compassionately and reassuring!!! Surely are getting all our treatments here!! From reception to the office manager and dentist and assistants , they are all very kind and diligent!!!!!

The office is very clean and equipment is also high tech and clean. The staff is very kind, front office is very friendly and helpful with explanations and informing you on what you are being covered for. They are gentle with your teeth as I did not have any moments of pain or tensing up. A great business to try out if you are looking to have work done on your teeth. There quality equipment allows for a thorough examination and insight to what you need to do better to have great hygiene. This is a trusting dental business with no pressure in the treatments they offer.
