Very money hungry company everything that you do is going to cost you an insane amount of money I was told that my insurance would cover the exam this has happened a few times where I’ve come in and then a surprise this is out of pocket when I asked Nick on the phone when I confirm my appointment 3 days ago he said yes this is 100% covered. When I get there it’s not and they have a $65 cancellation fee. I will be looking for somewhere else I would not go to this place I just moved to Santa Cruz and cannot find a solid dentist...

Robbed!!! My dad paid for "a lower all on four" implant! 34,000 cash paid up front! Before any work was started I was asked to sign a form so they could bill Medicare 10,000 !!!! So Not only was I robbed, they fraudulently charged medicare 10k ????? Then when I went back within 3 monthe because 2 of 5 screws show in front! He refused to listen , I left in tears!!

I had the best experience with a dental cleaning here this week. I have not had such a thorough and conscientious cleaning in fifteen years. Yay for the people at Santa Cruz dentistry for having the smarts to hire her.

Dr. Chai and her team are very professional and pay great attention to details. They took great care of my teeth and also provided valuable advices to keep them healthy. The office team are also wonderful people, they guided me very well through the financial aspect.
