Amazing Team 2I am currently looking for a dental office that accepts our insurance. I called creative smile. Unfortunately they do not take our insurance carrier. However I asked about cash patients and the receptionist I spoke with informed me that they have a in-house plan, you pay a annual fee which to my surprise was beyond very reasonable and that includes your 2 prophys, exam and xrays that you are supposed to have in a year. Also a generous discount if you need a treatment plan for dental work. Now I used to manage a dental office for 10 years back in the day so I have very good and extensive knowledge about Dentistry. They must really care about their patients. Because they offer a very generous deal for cash paying patients that would be very hard to beat from any other office I know especially here in the Bay Area. Also the women who answered the phone, Loraina. Was very sweet, professional and clear on her explanations. she also gave great information on how to find a dentist in my network. To bad they weren’t one of them, not only are they conveniently located right in my neighborhood they have amazing reviews which I don’t doubt by the short conversation I had which tugged on my heart to leave this review. 👍🏼👍🏼

Finding a dental office that takes my insurance ( I work at Tesla ) and little to no copay has been extremely difficult. Grateful for the front and back stuff. Not only are they knowledgeable but they take the time to explain things to me and make sure I am not nervous. I will be referring coworkers and family for sure!

Dr. Paul was great and really friendly as well as Kat. They both were very nice and help me a lot, since I’m really scared of dentist, but they made me feel really comfortable!! As well great service with front and back desk.. really friendly and nice ladies..That made the process really easy!! Lov it!!

The friendliest staff, the cutest holiday decorations, they’re so so great with kids, and my teeth cleaning was great and efficient! I learned something new about my teeth today that no other dentist had ever told me. So they gave free sonic toothbrushes as a promotion for new clients. Also Maria is awesome, her bookings are on point and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic!

Creative Smile Dental is the BEST dental office, with the best staff and dentists! Superb service and care! I literally grew up with these amazing people who have taken care of my teeth through all the ups and downs. My whole family goes to this office and we’ve recommended even more friends/family to this office as well. I whole heartedly recommend them to all individuals and families in the area. The office is conveniently located between Fremont and Union city with plenty of parking. The office itself is super clean! I love visiting our friends their including their fishies in the waiting area. Thank you so much for continuing to care for me, my family, and our teeth! ❤️🪥🦷
