A pleasant experience from the moment you walk in the door! As always Stacy was a real treat to have as my dental hygienist! She is gentle, sweet, and caring! Oh and she does a super job cleaning teeth! My first time with Dr Mark was equally satisfying! No need for any hesitation or concern with him, you are in the best of hands!

The worst dentist office ever. I have been in pain for nearly 2 months. I was prepared for a crown and had temporary put on and was still in pain sent message over no call back. When I finally came in for the crown I told him very thing that was going on schedule me with the endodontist a month later for a root canal. And scheduled for a week later to permanently cement it in which it fell off. The ladies in the front office do not listen to you at all I’m done with this office . And they busted my lip twice

The billing department has been horrible. They listed themselves as a provider for my insurance but didn’t tell me the specific dentist that I saw hadn’t been cleared yet to bill my insurance. Stuck me with having to send my own claim into insurance. And while trying to figure out their mistake or lack of understanding, sent my bill to collections. Not a good look RiverLakes Dental.

My sister was not getting her calls returned on help for my elderly fathers upcoming appointment. So I had to go in person, luckily the front desk girls …. Jasmine and Michele were able to help and explain the answers I needed. . And I left happy and with the paperwork I needed for my fathers upcoming appointment. Ty girls.

Dr Phi was absolutely amazing, so kind and made me feel so comfortable. The procedure was so quick! The rest of the staff was also so caring and friendly! The only slight complaint is I wish the front staff Michelle had been a little more compassionate seeing I was in pain.
