This place is super unprofessional. They don’t schedule you correctly and try to blame it on the patient, I was even called a liar after telling them that I’ve been getting scheduled months apart due to no fault of my own. I’ve had my braces on for 2 years with this office and if anything my bite is worse. Within those two years they never took my spacers off to clean my teeth under and after I had them take them off today there is brown spots and lines due to plaque and food getting in between the spacer and my tooth. I highly suggest finding another orthodontist if you are considering this place.

If negative stars were permitted his rating wouldnt be so high! Dr Mendival is a great sales man who cant back up his work. His work is mediocre at best leaving patients with numerous issues once braces are removed. DONT GO HERE!! He and most of the staff are incredibly rude and hateful especially when you dare to have a question. They do NOT CARE about their patients!! The techs are very rough leaving many cuts and abrasions and do NOT listen to patients in pain. I have spoken to MANY waiting clients (as waits are long) and almost every person has minimal if anything good to say about the office! It’s very sad that any insurance would continue to pay this botch doctor and his staff. The office staff is the worst..Save yourself the headaches..DONT GO HERE!!

Most of the staff was nice and they accept DentiCal, which paid for my braces the first couple years. The last 2 years I paid $150 a month. Total of 5 years with braces. I was not happy with the results...my teeth were still hideous. Currently have Invisalign with another orthodontist, which has been great. Sad that I had to get braces again though, especially since it’s all out of pocket.

Received orthodontic treatment here for years and spent over $6000. While my visible teeth looked good, I was left with gaps between my back molars on both sides of top and bottom. Food is always getting stuck between them. I don’t understand why I wasn’t informed about these gaps or why my braces were removed before they could be fixed.
