San Dimas Oral Surgery Center

I was referred here by smile dental to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed and I love my regular office so I didn’t even do research before going. If I could post pictures of what my face looks like right now 4 days post surgery I don’t think anyone would ever go to them anymore. My left eye is almost swollen shut my cheeks look like I have jaw breaker candy in each one (due to swelling) I have bruising along my jaw bone and cheeks and under my left eye. When I called them they didn’t seem very concerned because according to them this is a normal reaction so they won’t even try to see me as my eye is swelling more and more closed every day that goes by. I can tell you I know 5 people who have recently had their wisdom teeth removed and not one of them had any of the issues I’m experiencing.

Man when I tell you I have had several dentist’s due to insurance changes. This is by far the worse dental office I’ve been to. Besides the extremely lengthy wait the staff is horrible. The receptionist Vicki I believe that’s her name....either don’t like her job or don’t like ppl. She is curt with you & seem to have no interest in what she does. The other younger receptionist or DA not sure which one she is....is much more pleasant. The male nurse phenomenal!!!! He is very personable. The surgeon(dentist) walked in never introduced him self but said "you need to scoot up" remind you I’m strapped in. Never said when I was going to be placed under. He just injected me quickly & I never seen him again. The young lady who prep me rude rude rude👎. I guess the way the office looked should have given me a clue. It feels cold & lifeless in the place. I’ve had teeth removed in the past but when I tell you this was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had!!!!!! No follow up calls no nothing! You feel like another number in a meat factory! I would NOT recommend this office to an animal in pain. Then to top it off two other ppl I know said you should have asked me that place is horrible. In my opinion this is a chop shop! DONT DO IT👎😡😡😡😡😧😧😧😖😖👎

The lady at the front was very rude and unprofessional. They lost my daughters paperwork. After talking to my daughter dentist and my insurance company finding out they faxed the paperwork to them the week before and being told I won’t be seen due to this office mistakes they need a lesson in how to deal with people and file papers in the right form. I can’t get passes the paperwork but not the rudeness I experienced I will be filing a complaint with better business.

They forgot to remove a tooth during extraction. Now I have to go back for another extraction taking days out of my schedule...

I had an appointment at 1 and sat in there until 3 before they had me sign papers and sat another 40 minutes before actually getting my surgery
