I have very high anxiety and panic attacks when it comes to dentists. My last dentist traumatized me! I hasld to have yet another room canal and the workers at western dental where so amazing! They talked me and explained everything and was very compassionate towards me. I am so thankful for everything and everyone for my treatment today. I will be back!

Currently in the process of getting ortho treatment done here & so far it’s been the best experience! The staff is always so nice when I come in, the doctor & the assistants are very professional and have helped ease my anxiety with having braces. Definitely recommend for anyone looking into getting braces! Can’t wait for the finished result.

Not only does the girl answering the phone refuse to review your resent visits for if you had x-rays, doesn’t know the process for a crown, doesn’t want to get someone who does, do they break your crown during a procedure then when the insurance declines fixing it try to weasel out of responsibility by saying they disclosed the risk when they did not and everyone knows the guy who did it is rough, grouchy and careless, But there’s nowhere to sit when you come for an appointment. I appreciate the reply so I am increasing the score. There are several dentists there that do their jobs, as well and at least 2 assistants and one lady at the front desk is good if you get her. The place has issues you just have to be a bit pushy to get what you need and I don’t know the dentists names but one lady is of Indian nationality and I’m not sure of the male guy except he is younger and non-white. Excellent dentists those two.
