Omni Family Health | White Lane Health Center

Here is the Omni experience. You call to get an appointment into a call center that will take upwards of 30-60minutes of waiting before talking to a human. You will get a phone call appointment scheduled 3 weeks out. The day before your appointment you will get a conflicting text message saying please come to the office at this address, right after the confirmation text for the phone call appointment. Your appointment date and time will come and they will not call you. You will call into a call center that will take 30-60minutes of waiting before talking to a human. Right now it is 60 minutes after my appointment and I still don’t know why they haven’t called me or why their support system hasn’t picked up the phone. I called them 5 minutes after my appointment to ask why. I received 1 text from them asking for my name and birthdate, and 20 minutes later I ask for an update and I get an autoreply saying "Someone will assist you shortly" What a corporate mess. I’m trying to get mental health treatment, what even is this? I’ve never had such an experience from a ’medical’ provider. Edit: Omni called me back 2 days later and left a voicemail to call their same number that I couldn’t get through to them with. Same with the "response from the owner". Your service is a joke and the idea of an hour+ wait time to contact an office receptionist is absolutely unacceptable. You can’t even file a complaint because their system is just designed to ensnare you.

The best doctor I ever had came from Omni. Unfortunately, she had to leave Omni. I wish nothing but the best for her career. Dr. Sandhu really cared for her patients and was extremely knowledgeable in her field. My current doctor is also wonderful, but I would never forget Dr. Sandhu. She helped me when I needed it the most.

All members are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Secretary was nice enough to give me her cell so I could text her if there were any missed appointments so I could jump in. Dr. Gita was profesional and knowledgeable. Dentist assistant was awesome and listened to my concerns.

First time at this location. I got lucky to be seen with my walk-in. All staff members from front desk to back nurses and doctor provided great service. Best service I’ve ever received among the other Omni locations I’ve visit. Front desk staff were friendly and not rude. Back staff conducted their work in a timely matter without errors. For once, my pharmacy received my prescriptions in a timely manner. Doctor that saw me actually took her time to listen to my reason for my visit, unlike other locations were they are always in a rush to send you off. She was patient enough to go through medical history with me to get a better understanding rather than just going off by what’s on paper which can sometimes be misunderstood. I appreciate her time and thoroughness during my visit. Again, great first impression of this location. I plan to have this White Lane location be my go-to location now that I move/live in this area.

Upon arriving, before even checking the system, I was told that my insurance was no longer being accepted. I was confused and didn’t understand as I recently spoke with my insurance to make the changes and as well as have gone to an appointment at Omni not too long ago. I questioned her and my questions and comments were ignored. The employee would not look up from her screen to talk to me about the situation but instead spoke to her coworker next to her as if I wasn’t standing there. Turns out the insurance was still being accepted. It did seem like the employee was annoyed by assisting me. I understand bad days, but in this field of work, but it is very unprofessional and demeaning when acting like that towards patients. The employee (she) was on the the left side of the check in desk with glasses and braces. Other than that, the staff who actually helped us during the appointment were so accommodating and great!
