East Town Family Dentistry

I’ve been taking my kids here for the last 5 years and it’s the only dentist that my kids will go to. That says enough for me. Also I’ve never had a problem with the ladies at the front desk, she’s always been very nice.

I have been taking my kids since their first dental app and I love it... the lady in front desk its so nice and the staff is the best... my kids love it too!

Literally the most disgusting dentist I’ve ever been to. Front lady was rude first off … secondly the dental assistant called us to the back and was being rude to my 8yr old about having to stay in the waiting room by himself meanwhile my daughter is seen …. 3rd my daughter had a toothache and the dental Assistant asked my daughter to open her mouth and show her which tooth was bothering her IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE LOBBY THAT WAS FULL OF PATIENTS!!!!! I had to tell her that that is unprofessional and should be done in the back office …. Once I was in the back… the chair for X-rays had a huge hole and the foam was sticking out of The chair and was very dingy and stained and I told her that chair is ripped and dirty and she still made her sit on the chair … the walls were dirty … the walls were cracked … the mini blinds were thick of dust … the outlets sockets were broken … at that point I decided to get up and leave … it was the worst dental Experience . I don’t think they are up To code

Forget what the reviews say about the front staff and I tell you this is the best dentist in Bakersfield and is worth the wait to see him. Just wait and take out a good book if there is a long wait because it’s worth it to see him and usually there is not a long wait, only at certain times will there be a wait like that. Usually it’s not a long wait. It’’s quality of workmanship that make the difference.

Horrible experience, my children ‘s appointment was @4:30 got there there were more than 10 people with the same time appointment, waited in the car for and hr and there wasn’t any seat available, I asked to reschedule because she kept saying it’s going to be a while and said that I can only be late less than 15 mins for next appointment, kept asking why all thus people has the same time appointment and she kept saying it’s because everyone showed up ok wat do you mean lady? I made arrangements to make it on time to the appointment leaving work early to come to this horrible place. 😡
