I need to start off my review by saying everyone’s experience is different not everyone is going to feel or get the result that I did but I think it’s valid for me to share my experience. Going back to the consultation, I had previously had braces many years back but I just needed minor modifications. They made two suggestions but made one of them sound more appealing which of course did cost more, and since I was already going to go through the whole process again I said ok why not just get it done, plus the result were reassuring. Throughout the follow ups all the employees were really friendly during visits. Very welcoming. And to be honest did most of the work many of follow ups are just with the assistants. However, getting appointments was difficult. At times I felt like I was left out. If I didn’t reach out to them they wouldn’t reach out for follow up appointments which it was completely different from the office I attended the first round many years back. In my opinion as a patient/customer with a plan of care in place I should automatically get appointed visit or calls if I haven’t been in office in a while. Coming to the end of my treatment plan of care changed and I wasn’t given what was first talked about at the consultation. Which is very upsetting! I went back to the office weeks after my braces were taken off due to still having a small gap and I was told there are options to get it fixed but of course it would cost a lot more money and will need to reapply braces! I honestly feel like it was a scam and regret going with the option that they really recommended I should proceed with not only because it did cost more but now I have a gap that was never there and was NOT why I went to get braces.

Prior to Dr. Lee, I had taken my daughter to Dr. Veal. Not sure how I felt about changing doctors when doctor Dr. Veal retired but he assured me Dr. Lee was an amazing doctor. He told me he wouldn’t leave his practice or patients to just anybody. I trusted him and took my son. He was right! Dr Lee and his staff are wonderful! Very modern and upbeat environment! Would definitely recommend!

My daughter has been coming to Dr. Lee for the past 4 month’s and so far it’s been a great experience! We’re always welcomed into the office with smiles and warm personalities 😆 I have and definitely will recommend Dr. Lee to my friend’s and family
