Literally all of the staff is so kind and sweet. They greet you with smiles and treat you with such compassion. Dr. Carlson is also very nice and explains everything to you during your procedure. Got my tooth extracted and he explained every step and made sure I was comfortable. The girls even put on music for me to help me relax. 5 stars! Will definitely return for my implant here.

From the moment you schedule your initial appointment onward this was an amazing experience (even coming from someone terrified of the dentist). The front staff is welcoming and super nice, the doctor who saw me and performed my procedure was honest, informative, and went out of his way to give me all of my options both for my teeth and for any finance questions. But I would like to give a special shout out to Soco who made my experience with them this week absolutely comfortable. She was caring, hugged me, made me laugh, and I knew with her I was in the best hands. She even held my hand during my IV catheter placement. Thank you all for taking such great care of me.

Highly recommend! The absolute best !!! Everyone is super amazing at this location! From the front office to the surgeon and assisting staff absolutely everyone is amazing! I was nervous but I felt extremely safe and taken care of with them! Thank you so much!!!!❤️

I first became acquainted with Dr. Carlson when he removed my children’s wisdom teeth a few years ago. Last year my dentist referred me to Pacific Oral for an extraction and implant. I can’t say enough great things about this office. They were able to see me during the Holidays when I was in considerable pain. Dr. Carlson thoroughly explained every step of the procedure to me; I found him to be extremely professional, focused, and knowledgeable...a truly excellent oral surgeon. He has a wonderful support staff from Marci (front office) to his nurses (Kim, Myra and Olivia). The entire process was an interesting experience to go through, and despite my nervousness the staff was always there to answer my questions. Thank you all! Debra Shargo

I had the best experience I could imagine. I went in for my appointment to have an extraction. After he saw the look of severe anxiety on my face he explained I had other options. We decided to reschedule my appointment so I could go under general anesthesia. The surgery was quick and painless. I’m so grateful Dr. Jacobs was so kind and caring. The entire team is just fantastic. I highly recommend them.
