Andres Dental

After a really nice dentist whose name begins with a J did a wonderful job on my braces, and I was already using my retainers, another dentist whose name begins with an R decided I needed a crown. The first time he started looking at my molar, he was being very careful and gentle, and he installed a temporary crown; unfortunately, it came off the same day, so I had to go back for him to reset it. This time, however, he started yanking at my jaw left and right and being very aggressive and forceful. I’d say the guy went postal on me. I went home with a nasty headache, painful jaw and couldn’t even eat or chew for a few days. I could no longer use the retainers because everything was out of whack. The guy ruined everything Dr. J had done, and now my past dental issues are back. I went back to demand a refund, so I could go somewhere else to get my teeth fixed and crown replaced. They only gave me partial refund but had to sign a paper saying I was happy with the work, NEVER! During the many times I was there, I saw how they were overcharging Mixteco clients and anyone else who didn’t advocate for themselves. Mixteco clients are not completely fluent in Spanish, but both doctors and staff would speak very fast to them. The clients would simply respond with a simple Sí to everything they were told, even when it was clear they didn’t understand what was being said to them. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they choose to have Dr. J do all the work.

Very unprofessional. He didn’t like that he wasn’t my primary dentist and that made him upset so he saw me for less than 1 minute & told me to go to someone else. He didn’t even offer me a treatment plan or a diagnosis. Save your time & go to someone else. I used a different name to keep my identity private. All you need is an honest review & this is it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went in for consultation and the Dentist refused to do my dentures. Since it was through medi- cal, he quickly let me know he was not going to "lose" money. Yet medi- cal said it covered it. His attitude quickly went bad.

Dr Roger is easy to talk to and listens well. His evaluations of any dental problems I’ve had and his solutions are right on. His prices are reasonable and fair. He and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
