I use to drive from Camarillo to Oxnard because I loved this place, but over the years they have really grown. I love their State-of-the-Art facility (I was a patient even before this facility), and Dr. Simmons and Dr. Neumeister are absolutely wonderful! Their Hygienist are all top echelon as far as dental care, knowledge and friendliness. The office staff/ladies are also very welcoming. But it’s all for not if you can’t even get in! My one major complaint is that they are completely over populated with customers. I truly feel they need to stop accepting new patients to care for their current book of business. It’s hard to get in if an emergency arises or if life happens and you need to reschedule an existing appt. Almost every appointment is booked or reschedule 3 months out or longer. I haven’t been able to see the dentist in over 18 months. I have to reschedule so far out and sometimes more important issues have to be tended too come the week of my appt. With my family of 4, one of us are usually has to reschedule during the year. Basically, we usually get seeing once a year because it’s way to hard to get back in. I recently gave up on them and found a dentist locally with a smaller practice. The new dentist and staff were very accommodating and very excited to meet my family’s needs.
