The place is super clean, staff was real friendly. I saw the dentist and they were on top of what I needed and explained it well. Highly recommend this place

Poor customer service. It’s not quality care as they advertised or claimed their company is. 45 minutes wait for a medication to be picked up, when it should’ve ready the day off. 5 minutes late and they said the provider will not be able to see you, but they let you wait another 40 minutes before they tell you that. They are at least 10 front desk ladies who keeps chatting about their personal lives, & not one has acknowledged some of the patients. They need better care / service & professional trainings. They tend to discriminate as well, as they favor mostly Hispanics, sadly. FYI: our appt was at 3:45, we checked in at 3:22 (per concierge) at 3:45 the same concierge lady told us we can’t be seen by the provider.

Eye doctor did not see a dot in the back of eye that I have had since I was a child. The other eye doctor I went to saw it right away and said it needs watching. For vision needs ok but for detecting other issues relating to the eye I would not go to him. He is nice so I’ll give him that.

Office is so beautiful compared too other offices. Got too my appointment about 40 minutes early and didn’t last 1 hour during my entire visit. Got called it super fast and the stuff and doctor were super friendly.
