Definitely the most professional dentist office I’ve ever been to. You’re almost always seen right on time with your appointment, everyone gets down to business diligently and yet is still friendly. Dr. Pratt is very knowledgeable, as you would hope and expect, and does a great job numbing—and I’m hard to numb! There’s always zero pain with drilling and he makes sure of it! I’ve had a crown and filling done at this point and both went off without a hitch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. :) And here’s how you know all these reviews are real (I, myself, was a bit skeptical): They never ask you to review them. They don’t even acknowledge it! They let the work stand for itself, as it should!

Always a great visit at Dr. Pratt’s! Wait! Who enjoys visiting the dentist? Well Dr. Pratt and his staff always make you feel comfortable and less anxious by their friendly greeting and during the procedure they keep you comfortable and engaged with them! I always enjoy my time there!

Dr Pratt and ALL his employees are absolutely wonderful, compassionate, and professional. They are very friendly and attentive with all their services from entering the office doors to exiting on the way out. I had a very bad childhood experience, but I feel very, very comfortable coming to this office. The staff are very considerate and do everything they can to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Everything is very clean and organized. Persons ask me about a dentist in this area, and I always tell them to please check out Dr. Pratt’s office. I rarely make recommendations because I’m very particular about services, but in this case, I give this office a high "12" in their service! 👍 😁 👌 😁 👍

My visits are always relaxing and encouraging. Jon is quick, thorough and painless. Dr. Pratt is kind, sympathetic (which helps me cope with anxiety) and skilled. I drive 30 minutes each way to see to Dr. Pratt. I recommend him to all my friends. My most recent visit was for a cleaning with Veri. She was warm and friendly. Also gentle and thorough. I never hesitate to have my appointments 😃
