Clean office. But terrible office staff. Older women, rude. Miscommunication, misinformation. No clear information. Do little leg work to reach out to insurance. The woman raised her voice at me about a full payment. Which, I did pay. I basically had to explain how insurance works. And she was at least 55. Either way, one time and done procedure here. Hopefully don’t have to return.
