I am a RDA and I won’t be going in to this office ever again😡, the restoration they did on my tooth was messy and rough now I need to pay to redo it somewhere else. I will be making a complaint

I had a hard time getting an appointment here because this is one of the only places that takes CenCal for like 100 miles, but once I got in everything was amazing. I had my wisdom teeth removed, and I had 2 impacted teeth. I had an IV sedation I believe, and it took them a few pokes (maybe 3-4) to get it in a comfortable and safe position, but I did not mind because they were ensuring my safety for being asleep. The surgery went really well, and prior to the surgery I was informed of what I should expect, and what I should do. I did not have any complications, and I am about 3 weeks post op and doing great! I did have to do a little bit of research on how to clean out the holes, but they handed me a paper that had a lot of information that helped me out. I had a great experience once I was in the office, and appreciate that the surgery was done well!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to get my wisdom teeth taken out all 4 and wasn’t given any pain medication they gave me advil 🤦🏽♀️ those don’t even help with headaches, your just left with a bunch of pain and no antibiotics??? Don’t go there you should always be prescribed antibiotics. An infection can spread to your blood, I’m praying this won’t happen to me. Please be careful don’t go here ever your life isn’t worth it.

This is a scam office. They are frauds upselling services you don’t need! They stole $1200 from me. When I complained all they did was say oops, it was just an opinion. They don’t stand behind anything. All they do is cheat people for unnecessary services. Be especially careful when they lie and say your insurance doesn’t cover it. That’s because it’s likely a bogus service. Go elsewhere for 2nd or 3rd opinion. Run, don’t walk away! You’ll regret seeing them
