Despite some miscommunication in the beginning, the office staff was extremely helpful even when issues arose between the office and my dentist the office. the office ladies were quick to get them fixed as to save me from having to make another 3 hour drive. The surgeon that did my extraction’s was very well taught, friendly and understanding. I swore I would never get another tooth pulled without being asleep but when something occurred and I couldn’t be out to sleep I allowed the Dr to do the extractions and it was actually a pleasant experience for what it was. I prob would not let any other dentist ever work on me from here on out. And the assistant was amazing and helpful. Even offered to hold my hand when my anxiety got to be too much. Thank you everyone at Oxnard dental.

They are a fraud. Tried to force us to spend thousands on unnecessary implant. Fixed elsewhere for $100. They refused to provide medically necessary services. They are incompetent and negligent also. Surprised her license isn’t revoked already. Get 2nd or 3rd opinion elsewhere. They hire dentists with revoked suspended licenses who are on probation. We returned and the specialist said they were wrong, we could crown the tooth. Then management called us back to force specialist to reverse his assessment. They forced us to spend $1200 more overall to get tooth crowned elsewhere. They were obligated to do it for $0 cost to us per Medi-Cal laws. Medi-Cal pays them.

You step into the door they already know who you are! Not even a moment to sit down, they’re already calling you back. I appreciated Dr. Posso’s candor, she tells you what you need to know and was very patient to answer my questions. I’ve been in and out in 45 minutes. Also, although this is not a pediatric dentist, they took care of my 12 and 3 year old with grace and patience. That kind of service is hard to find.

This dentist office has taken better care of me than any other office i have been to. Dr. Claudia makes sure all of my needs met, and she has done stuff for my teeth other dentists couldn’t do without charging me too much. The office ladies and assistants are very nice. This new dentist office is the best choice i have made for my dental health.

My father suggested me to go here and it is one of the best offices I’ve been to. The atmosphere is great, all of the assistants and front office ladies are very kind. I’m greeted each time I walk in. The dentist is thoughtful and always makes sure I’m okay during the procedure. The facility is clean too! I would recommend this office to friends and family.
