Absolutely terrible place to go for dental work they will charge you for stuff you don’t need and require more testing that’s isn’t needed. I was told I’d need a cat scan when I didn’t need one. They never got back with me to schedule an appointment for the extraction it’s been over two months and never heard a single thing. Please whatever you do don’t go here. I came here because they accepted medical but they push a bunch of extra tests and stuff on that isn’t covered by medical. So if I were you just find another dentist and try and sign up for care credit.

I had a procedure done with their specialist this morning and out of all my years of having dental work done this was by far my worst nightmare come true. I believe his name is Tom Scarfe, he has very poor work ethics especially towards the staff as I’ve witnessed twice with him. Not once did he ever acknowledged my existence other than I had a tooth that needed to be worked on, he treated me as more of a nucinse rather than a human being. I believe it is considered proper etiquette to introduce yourself and understand a patient’s needs and or explain what is about to take place, he was beyond lacking in that department. He didn’t show any type of empathy towards me knowing the pain and suffering I had endured before hand and had no interest in my concerns. I was told the day before my procedure that I can request for nitrous if I still was not comfortable which I did request for it and his response was very uncalled for... he responded with "Did they tell you how much it is"? I was taken back with his backhanded response. I knew the cost before hand which is why I requested for the nitrous. I was willing to pay the $90.00 but he wouldn’t comply. I went ahead and laid down trying not to think of my anxiety as I always get before these types of procedures and as soon as he started to drill I let him know I was feeling some type of discomfort, the exasperation showed in his face as he responded very bluntly along with a sigh "I haven’t even touched your tooth yet, and you don’t even have a nerve in there so it shouldn’t hurt!" I am my own person and no one should ever be told what they can and cannot feel. I know what I felt and it was definitely discomfort. At that moment I instantly wanted to stand up and leave but I so desperately needed this procedure done so I cried a few tears and had no choice but to meditate during the rest of the procedure. Not once did he ever ask me if I was okay after that and I’m sure he could see it in my facial expressions I was far from okay. He made me feel very degraded and less of a human being which Is why I will never return here again. I did however give them two stars only because Liz was amazing and made me feel very welcomed and showed concern in my situation every time we spoke. I feel terrible leaving a horrible review knowing it reflects on everyone there but I will convey my kind regards to Liz 100% If I could rate her and only her alone I give her five stars. I hope in the future this never happens again to any patient, no one deserves to be treated the way I was treated by that dentist. I can only hope he can improve in his work ethics and etiquette in the near future for everyone’s sake.

Halloween came early with the excruciating yells the professional performed on his patient. Did not complete his work due to the yells emanating through out the office..But seriously the pain this office inflicted made the patient scream. The person extracting the tooth said "i will not extract the other tooth because its scaring my other patients" um hello if theres pain a person will scream especially if its a needle penetrating in the gums of the mouth without being fully anesthetized.
