Cleaning 3The communication here is terrible. Given redundant panoramic x-rays in less than a month’s time (and charged for 2nd); charged $70.40 for "oral hygiene instructions" which I think just amount to being told how to brush - and is not covered in insurance. Never asked for oral hygiene instructions. Told that I would not have an option in advised full wisdom teeth removal and that I could not discuss until I paid for a consultation with the contracted oral surgeon. They only have a few experts in house, but mainly are a workplace for floating professionals. This place needs to be more upfront about what is and isn’t covered with insurance. Feels like they want business so bad they will skip over details.

Jasmine did a great job on my deep cleaning. She wa through and very pleasant to work with. The whole practice is a joy. Efficient, thorough and reasonable prices. Just had another visit here and I am pleased to say they are consistently amazing. From the dentist, the front desk, technicians, etc, I’m glad I go here.

Office is really nice, clean, new tech. But staff lack experience & professionalism. During one cleaning, the assistant stuck the suction tool up my nose because they were distracted trying to move on to the next patient. The office staff charged the wrong insurance on 2 occasions, called them, told me to talk to Ramon who would take care of it. After a lot of email back and forth, Ramon twice said he "forgot and would take care of it asap". This never happened, ended up having to take care of this through my insurance. Staff turnover seems high, never guaranteed to see the same doctor or person on returning visits. And they don’t like to own their mistakes.

My appointment from start to finish was amazing! They have a patient portal to fill out forms online, check upcoming appointments and send messages. The clinic was very clean and inviting. Jasmine & Maria were amazing, honest, & very patient with me. I get major anxiety coming to the dentist and have tried a few other local dental clinics and have always had a bad experience, this is the 1st to make me feel comfortable (& painless lol). Will definitely recommend to family & friends

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst teeth cleaning I’ve ever had done first off. Second they are over priced and tell you that you need more work done then you do. To top it off they don’t explain your bill. Mine had 4 crowns worth almost $3,000. Doctor suggest financing and I just laughed at him. I’ve never in my life have been quoted that much for dental work no matter my insurance. I could go on about this place, but I’m sure you get the point. Don’t go here!!!! They just want your money.
